• Cleanliness: 5 Around the hotel was clean however the room wasn't cleaned properly. The upstairs bath was filthy along with a spider who lived in it for several days. The floor wasn't swept, crumbs still there when we came back to room. Sinks not cleaned properly with a build up around the drains.
• Location: 7.5 We love that it is away from town and has the free bus. Only downside is no where else to go for food in evening

• Location: 2.5 Far from everything. That is why they charge so high at the bar. You are stuck there without a car.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Good beds, furniture very old. At least old looking. Small TVs. And terrible WiFi.

• Quietness: 5 A lot of car noises around the hotel.
• Room: 7.5 Good size, but WiFi only available in one room and very bad there.
• Value for money: 2.5 Very expensive Hotel. The good is the pool area and family area. But everything else is average and not worth the price.

• Positive: Our second time at the hotel and not the last. We love the setup of the apartments, good relaxing atmosphere and welcoming hosts. Our girls LOVED the mini club :)
• Negative: Maybe nothing that the hotel can do about but we were quite a bit attacked by mosquitoes during the nights of the stay.
