• Positive: Everything was excellent, the apartment was clean, tidy and had plenty of space and things to keep you entertained. The staff were all friendly, helpful and excellnt at their jobs. The facilities including the pool, mini-golf, sauna, gym, restaurant and play area were always clean, tidy and great to use

• Negative: Drainage smell in our apartment which would not go away in bottom barthroom as soon as opened the door it hit you

• Cleanliness: 5 Cleaner do a good job each day apartment looks darty as very dark tails used my child bed was under sofa but hadn't been used for a long time so when we pull it out it had bugs hairs dust all over

• Room: 5 We had a good view over the pool area just needs an update
• Value for money: 2.5 Very expensive for what it's is if you did not have the poll area & nice resepstion area it would be disappointing I expect arpartment to be updated for that leval of money

• Location: 10 Hotel supplied free bus service, but it's best to have a car as its up in the hills out of town.

• Quietness: 10 Occasional noise from children's play are but that's to be expected
