• Positive: The amazing shower had terrific water pressure. The bed was also very comfortable.
• Negative: Automated Check in was very confusing. Luckily my bilingual nephew was with me. We ended up calling the # posted for help and a kind man helped us. I would only recommend this place to Spanish speakers. It would really help if you had receptionist. I was travelling without mobile phone service, so if it were not for my bilingual nephew who lives in Pozuelo helping me check in, I do not think I would have been able to check in.
