• Positive: Staff were exceptional on reception. They went above and beyond at all times. They even located a lost bag left in a taxi during my stay. 10 out of 10 for staff.

• Positive: Great pool area and lovely apartments
• Negative: No floats allowed in the pool for the children. This was VERY disappointing. This was our 4th year visiting and we had no rule like this before. It stopped the children having as much fun as usual and also this is a Health & Safety risk. Most children feel more confident and secure in the water some form of a float. I believe you are putting yourselves at risk from an incident just to appease a few of the owners who may have complained. Also this is a family resort, not adults only, so I find this rule unbelievable. If I travel to any family hotel pool in Spain my child can use a float in the pool. Most unsatisfactory. All the parents I spoke to at Vasari regarding this issue felt the same as me. It will affect our decision to come in the future which saddens me as the resort and staff are so lovely.

• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were tidy and clean. I would have liked a sponge or cloth to be able to do the washing up.
• Location: 10 Excellent location close to the port.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The pool, bar and jacuzzi are fantastic. It’s just compared to other hotels there is a very small range of facilities. Perhaps; a pool table or table tennis table, a dart board, someone to do outdoor massage twice a week could be welcome introductions.
• Staff: 10 Always friendly and helpful and lovely to see the same faces yearly after year.
• Quietness: 5 Sometimes the guests in other rooms, especially above, make noise in the evening but it was not a huge problem for us.
• Room: 10 Great room size with good space. Cleaned well. Lovely view of the grounds. Kitchen stocked with all utensils needed.
• Value for money: 7.5 I think it is good value for money.
