• Staff: 5 Pool bar staff and entertainment team are 5 out of 5, but guest relations are extremely poor. Our 4th time at the property, we have also brought friends and family, therefore a lot of revenue, but when we had a problem with our room, guest relations / manager were not interested. We’ll probably now start looking at other options after the way we were treated.

• Positive: Pools, Aqua aerobics, Connor/Marina/Sasha, Food at restaurant (especially gala dinner), Zuzanna and quick turnaround times. Dining room staff. Arcade
• Negative: A pain getting drinks - queues, harassment about having bracelet on even though you needed card, pool bar staff (& lectures about cards etc), lack of structured activities for kids club (not as advertised), need more animators as they are rushed off their feet. Staff at front reception not answering phones from hotel rooms. No door on bathroom.
