• Negative: Que el agua de la ducha, a los 5 minutos sale fría y hay que dejar un tiempo para que vuelva a salir caliente. Me pasó por la noche y por la mañana. Por lo que creo que está programado para ello y me parece una falta de consideración.

• Common facilities and services: 5 There weren't any "Common areas" that I was aware of. The housekeeping services left a bit to be desired...
• Staff: 7.5 Very friendly, the woman spoke great English and was very accepting/accommodating, putting up with my "broken Spanish." haha...

• Room: 7.5 The room was the perfect size for just me. The view outside my window was the interior staircase, but the window let in ample natural light, so no complaints, really!
• Value for money: 5 Not too shabby! Especially for Madrid prices.

• Quietness: 7.5 a pesar de ser muy centrico y calle de mucho movimiento por la noche se puede descansar adecuadamente y del ruido entre habitaciones existia, se apreciaban las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones.
