• Positive: The room was clean and the staff were very nice (see below for negatives).
• Negative: While the staff were nice, they did not follow through on our requests. The temperature in Toledo that day was in the high 90s and our air conditioner did not work. We told the staff and they said they would check on it but never did. In addition, the showers here were way too small. It was like showering in a very small closet.
