• Location: 10 PLENO CENTRO DE GRANADA
• Common facilities and services: 5 TENÍA LAS INSTALACIONES BÁSICAS PARA PASAR UN DÍA... O DOS. PERO, FALTABAN ALGUNAS COSAS, COMO MINIBAR O ACCESO A DESAYUNOS.
• Staff: 2.5 LA CHICA QUE NOS ATENDIÓ ERA AMABLE, PERO LA OTRA, MANTENÍA CONVERSACIONES PERSONALES POR TELÉFONO MIENTRAS NOS ATENDÍAN. ADEMÁS, HUBO UNA CONFUSIÓN DEL CHECK OUT QUE NO NOS RESOLVIERON MUY FAVORABLEMENTE.
• Quietness: 2.5 ESTÁBAMOS EN LA PRIMERA PLANTA, TAN SOLO SEPARADOS POR UNA PARED MUY CERCANA A LA CAMA, DEL RESTO DE PERSONAS DE LA CALLE. LOS RUIDOS SON CONSTANTES DADO LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOSTAL. NOS HUBIERA GUSTADO ESTAR MÁS ARRIBA CUANTO MENOS.
• Room: Not rated EL TAMAÑO ERA ENANO. NOS DIJERON QUE ERA UNA HABITACIÓN DOBLE SUPERIOR.. PERO EN ESE CASO, ME HUBIERA GUSTADO VER LA INDIVIDUAL... SERÍA TAMAÑO INSECTO. REALMENTE, SI NOS HUBIERAN INFORMADO DEL TAMAÑO DESDE UN PRINCIPIO, LA HUBIERAMOS COGIDO IGUALMENTE, DADO QUE NUESTRA ESTANCIA FUE CORTA Y NO NECESITÁBAMOS MUCHOS SERVICIOS; EL PROBLEMA ESTÁ EN QUE POR INTERNET APARECE UN TIPO DE PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA Y UNAS FOTOGRAFÍAS DE TAMAÑOS E INSTALACIONES QUE SE SEPARAN MUCHO DE LA REALIDAD.
• Value for money: 5 REALMENTE, LA HABITACIÓN ERA BARATA Y LAS INSTALACIONES NO ESTABAN MAL, PERO... LA LIMPIEZA Y SERVICIOS ESTABAN TAN ESCASOS, QUE REALMENTE ME PENSARÍA SI RECOMENDAR EL HOSTAL. DESDE LUEGO, YO NO VOLVERÉ
