• Location: 10 Very good and central located to visit the city center. Metro station close by.

• Quietness: 5 The room that have view on the palace have also view on the plazza orient adn below the rooms you have terrasses where you can eat and drink and when they finish at 01.00 or 01.30 it makes noise.
• Room: 7.5 Nice big room, good internet, good airco, good bathroom. Due wooden floors and ceilings you can here the chandeleer clinging when somebody in the room above walks around in his room.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Positive: El desayuno en el Café de Oriente, la almohada y los productos de aseo (gel y champú).
• Negative: La ducha (el baño minúsculo en la suite 503 y sin bañera) y que no tuviera balcones al exterior (las ventanas de la buhardilla no se pueden abrir).

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Van a lo mínimo y a lo rápido (o uno tiene esa sensación).
• Location: 10 Esto sí lo tiene pero hay que tener en cuenta que puede haber mucho ruido del exterior, está al lado del Teatro Real y hay movimiento de terrazas, gente y personas que se ganan la vida tocando algún instrumento desde primeras horas hasta entrada la madrugada.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Cortinas no opacas, entra luz por las mañanas desde primera hora, por la orientación del hostal/pensión.
• Staff: 2.5 Excepto Beatriz, quien se puso en contacto por email, ella muy bien.
• Quietness: 2.5 Hay ruido exterior y en la suite ruido de tuberías, del frigorífico y quizá del ascensor.
• Room: 2.5 Demasiado grande para no tener bañera; sino plato de ducha y sin terraza o balcones que se abran al exterior. Para ese precio mejor un hotel, como el Vincci the mint, sin ir más lejos. De cuatro estrellas dicho hotel, con más prestaciones, más elegante y barato en las fechas que fuimos, al menos.
• Value for money: Not rated Nunca volveré. He tenido una sensación de fraude y malestar. Una desilusión como cuando lees algo que para nada se corresponde con las expectativas... Conozco Madrid y en todos los hoteles y hostales anteriores en los que he estado siempre he tenido lo esperado.
