This accommodation was a house of the bourgeois dating from the early 20th century, situated in a calm, residential area, metres from the beach. The establishment is a traditional building of Andalucian architecture, with floral patios in which you can enjoy a great deal of natural light. The property preserves the charm of a traditional summer residence. It boasts pleasant rooms with a homely atmosphere that benefit from plenty of natural light. The establishment is situated in one of the most renowned streets of the town that offers views of the highest lighthouses on the peninsula. From Chipiona you can organise excursions to the well-known sites of the Costa de la Luz and the Andalucian capital of Sevilla and Cádiz.
