• Common facilities and services: 10 El hostal está muy bien el color, el mobiliario, el baño todo en estado perfecto
• Staff: 10 El personal tanto de noche que mi llegada fue de madruga como por la mañana fue estupendo
• Quietness: 10 Prácticamente o se oyen ruido a parte de alguna persona que pueda llegar a su habitación por lo demás es muy tranquilo
• Room: 10 Era una habitación individual bastante amplia, con ventana, una mesita con su silla, armario y mesita de noche con su lavabo, lo necesario para pasar la noche.
• Value for money: 7.5 El precio estuvo bien ya que era un domingo.

• Cleanliness: 10 My room was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job each day.
• Location: 10 I walked to almost everything I wanted to see while I was in Madrid!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The free WiFi for guests was an excellent amenity! No breakfast that I know of, but it was walking distance from so many great cafes that I wouldn't have eaten the hotel breakfast anyway!
• Staff: 10 Very nice and friendly. I don't speak Spanish very well, so they even helped me call in reservations for a Flamenco show that I wanted to see.
• Quietness: 7.5 Overall, I didn't notice too much street noise at night.
• Room: 7.5 The rooms and bathrooms are somewhat small, but they are clean, nicely decorated and have everything you need. I spent most of my time sight-seeing, so the room size didn't bother me. It was perfect!
• Value for money: 10 This was a great value for my money. The location was the best part!
