• Positive: The location and that it was quiet despite being in the heart of Madrid
• Negative: The rooms are on the 7th, 8th and 9th floors and there are 3 other hostels ion the same building but only one of the two tiny lifts was working (take 1 person at a time with luggage). Its a very busy place so that was annoying for getting back up to the 8th floor

• Room: 5 First room we had was tiny and smelled really bad (like smelly drains) but staff were happy to change us to a larger twin room the next day, which was much nicer.
• Value for money: 7.5 Seemed expensive for what you get (nowhere to prepare food or make a cup of tea like in other hostels, but the rate is probably fine for the central location.

• Positive: Lo mejor es la ubicacion y el precio. Tambien el pesonal de recepcion es muy bueno y listo para asistir
• Negative: El ascensor se rompia seguido y tovimos wue dubir las valijas 8 pisos por las escaleras. Es cuadra de la calle Montanera esta llenas se prostitutas, si bien no molestan ni son agresivas; le dan mal aspecto a toda la zona

• Quietness: 5 Las curtos con balcon son un poco ruidosos, pero nada terrible

• Value for money: 7.5 Si nos os molesta las chicas trabajando en la calle y los tios buscando precios. La relacion precio/calidad/lugar es excellente

• Negative: Many Prostitutes and Pimps on the Lane and in the area. They are a visual nuisance (especially if you are with younger children ) but not a security threat.
