• Positive: The service at the front desk. My room, which was newly renovated, very clean, comfortable and quiet, and the fact that you can't beat the location of the hotel.
• Negative: Just one thing: I was given a room in the 4th floor and the elevator only goes until the 3rd floor. This would be a consideration for whoever has a heavy suitcase and or a bad back.
