• Negative: The beds. They were very hard & uncomfortable. Would have loved for them to be a little more comfy. After a long day of walking and touring the city...a cozy bed would have been very welcome.

• Value for money: 7.5 Preis für das Frühstück ist überzogen, vorallem für das was man dafür bekommt !

• Staff: 10 Welcoming when I checked in, very helpful and thoughtful during 3 day stay
• Quietness: 5 My single room was near an elevator and there were no rooms to change to, but otherwise quiet
• Room: 5 Good-size single, very clean, small square shower
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value, better tv than higher priced rooms elsewhere in Madrid
