• Common facilities and services: 5 lo unico que me molesto fue la ducha - salio poca agua y una maniana hasta ni podia ducharme porque el agua de verdad casi no salia.
• Staff: 10 actitud efficaz y profesional - no cordial, pero muy agreable.
• Quietness: 2.5 mi cuarto tenia la ventana hacia el patio y el peso del ascensor pasaba justo al lado de la ventana de las 6.00 de la maniana hasta como las 2.00 de la noche - por lo tanto no dormi mucho. (soy un poco sensible al ruido).
• Room: 7.5 el cuarto estuvo muy chico pero tambien muy barrato. vista no hubo (ventana al patio)

• Location: 10 Right on gran via, same location as those 4 or 5 star hotels.

• Staff: 10 100 percent! Excellent.
• Quietness: 5 Regret that this is not the case I like as it faces the street, with a lot of traffic. Ask a room in back side may avoid this problem.
