• Positive: The bed was decently comfortable, but the supposedly clean sheets were dirty on every bed. Also, it doesn't matter what bed you are assigned, because chances are someone else is already sleeping in it if they haven't placed all their belongings on top of it.
• Negative: There is NO common area, so you really can't meet anyone in the hostel. The staff is incredibly rude (overall. There's one blonde guy who's nice). I was charged a euro more per night than every single other person I met in the hostel and when I confronted the staff about it, they said, 'Oh, well, if you booked online at hostelworld.com or something then the prices are different.' I told them I booked directly through their website and they just insisted on creating excuses about the pricing and refused to honor the price everyone else paid. There's no kitchen in this hostel -- only a microwave and a fridge -- and all guests -- BESIDES ME -- received coupons for a free dinner and chupitos at some nearby bar. The bathrooms are disgusting; the shower drains don't work, so you're up to your mid-calves with water by the end of the shower. Breakfast is a joke in this place, white bread, corn flakes, and sugary yogurt. Available for 1 hour only.

• Negative: the lack of sheets to cover; it should be inlcuded for free. I also noticed that there was no more animation programme and free lunches to win as in the past years.
