• Location: 10 Steps from Puerta del Sol and Cristo de la Luz; convienient to the rest of Toledo. Easy to get to from train or bus station.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Small footprint of building in historic district doesn't allow for much in the way of lobby or common areas
• Staff: 10 Staff very helpful to us (a hearing-impaired couple with somewhat limited Spanish).
• Quietness: 7.5 On a busy main street, but has double windows. Better than average quietness.
