• Positive: The accommodating way in which we were treated by Zen at reception who allowed us a late checkout. The breakfast, the spa bath in the suite and the comfort of the bed and choice of tv channels in the room.
• Negative: The hot tub on the balcony needed to be cleaner there were dirty marks along the inside and the water wasn't hot enough.

• Positive: Great location, friendly staff and lovely hotel
• Negative: We went in early March and the weather had turned worm. We had heat in our room instead of AC and were completely cooked by the end of our stay. They can only put the AC on at a certain time of the year! Luckily we had a balcony door to open, but then got bitten at night!!
