• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The basics, but did not go to the solarium on the 6th floor.
• Staff: 10 The 3 guys at the reception made you feel at home.
• Quietness: 10 very quiet
• Room: 5 small and klistophobic with no view outside. Did not like the black corridors, very dark and depressing. I felt I was in the Red light district!
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes.

• Positive: This isn't like most hotels with their generic feel, this hotel is different, slightly quirky, comfortable and welcoming. I really liked the chill out areas downstairs, the bed- so big and so comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.Location is also great.
• Negative: The room got quite hot in the mornings with the sun and the air con didn't seem to be working too well, a minor thing really.
