• Positive: The 2nd room I was given
• Negative: Booked for 4 nights and was given a tiny room directly on the street. Was not informed the AC was not working until returning late at night. And it may be fixed the next day, when I inquired about the AC the next morning before 11 which I was requested to do. Was assured AC will be fixed that day. When returned later that evening was informe wd the AC was not to be fixed. Was debating checking out as heat was unbearable to sleep. I was finally able to move to a different room. Same bed and all, but room was 2 times the size and had no street noise. It wasn't until I spoke up, that my stay became good. But since I had to insist on a proper room, I would say If was given the second room the first night, I would definitely recommend

• Positive: zentrale Lage, freundliches (aber zumindest im Tagdienst unverbindliches) Personal.
• Negative: defekte Klimaanlage und keine umgehende Reperatur. Zimmer sollten vorher vom Hotel "gecheckt" werden. Erfolgreiche Reklamation erst durch Nachtportier erfolgreich, daher Umzug mitten in der Nacht. Mit Frühstück umsonst nur mangelhaft entschädigt.
