• Positive: Anything good was over-ridden by the street noise.
• Negative: There is one big problem for Northern Europeans staying in your hotel - the street noise. This over-rides everything else. You have a good location in Santa Cruz, but there was too much street noise. You need to invest in double or triple glazing on the windows and put your prices up. Otherwise you will keep getting reviews on TripAdvisor that talk about the noise from the street. I will be putting one there myself.
