However, there no parking at the hotel instead there Public parking provided which cost 18.33 euros a day This hotel offers no discount for using the car park as it is the same price of euros 18.33. I booked full board and one of the most expensive rooms with a balcony/terrace choosing the twin bed option. When myself and my wife arrived late at the hotel we were offered a small room which had a small double bed. I was offered another room on a lower level and not the same class.as there did not have a room available with a twin bed. I had to accept or find other accommodation. It was next to the elevators which were noisy and had no views which is not what I had paid for. The hotel did not offer me a discount for this. Also although I had paid for full board the hotel tried to charge us for dinner, when I queried this the reception staff at first did not understand what "full board meant" Eventually they did and a suitable agreement was reached between us.

• Negative: The mortar between tiles looks like it needs to be cleaned. The bathroom is clean, but because of the dirty looking mortar the whole bathrooms feels less clean. Another thing we disliked is the fact that the rooms have really thin walls. We could hear our neighbour speak and the other one using the bathroom.
