• Positive: The manager was friendly and it was cheap.
• Negative: The wifi did not work and they did not seem too surprised or concerned. The bed was not that comfortable and the pillow was hard. It was noisy from the road outside and other guests returning very late.

• Common facilities and services: 5 An older hotel with dated decor.
• Staff: 5 The manager was very friendly but they were not concerned about the wifi. They spoke minimal English, but they were polite about my poor Spanish.
• Quietness: 2.5 Street noise and from other guests.
• Room: 5
• Value for money: 2.5 We accept that 40 euros is cheap, but this had too many faults.
