• Negative: Everything or almost, excepted the main swimming pool. Special award for the beautiful and unobstructed dustbins view. As announced on your website, we booked (and paid) for a sea view room (1640). It is true that the sea is on the horizon, but you forgot to tell us that the bins and the back-courtyard of other old buildings were between both. The collection of the rubbish bins at 7 am under the windows was particularly appreciated. Please visit your rooms (1640, for example) and compare with the pictures of your web site (the "Galeria") : quite amazing. Not even a bottle of water in the minibar, wifi connection impossible in the room, pleasant noise of the air conditioning system (between a vacuum cleaner and an A 380 take off). I don't know how you obtained your four-star label, but for sure you know it. Unfortunately for them, the staff members are doing their best, we have to say it, but the hill is a little bit too high to climb.
