Amusing hotel having a modern design near of Barajas, it will surprise you with a series of features which are not usually characteristic of a hotel of its category. It has 217 rooms that include services like wi-fi, satellite television, extra-long beds and full bathroom. Its cossy atmosphere is economically accessible for most guest. Travelling with your pets will not be a problem as they can also stay with us, it has an excellent restaurant service, it has a car park, it is accessible for disabled guests and we have function rooms for conventions and events available. It is the ideal starting point for discovering the region thanks to its excellent connections.

  • Positive: EXCELLENT SERVICE. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOMS.
  • Negative: I USE AXOR BARAJAS ON A REGULAR BASIS (6 TIMES THIS SUMMER ALONE). HOWEVER, THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY TO PAYMENT METHOD. I ADVANCE-RESERVE AND PAY ONLINE BUT WHEN I CHECK OUT, SOMETIMES I AM ASKED TO PAY, SOMETIMES IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. I WOULD JUST LIKE THERE TO BE A MORE TRANSPARENT PROCESS SO TAHT I KNOW IN ADVANCE IF I HAVE TO PAY OR NOT. I ALWAYS CHECK AFTERWARDS WITH MY BANK DETAILS THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO DOUBLE PAYMENT (AND THERE NEVER HAS BEEN). I JUST WOULD LIKE TO CLEARLY KNOW BEFOREHAND IF I HAVE TO PAY OR NOT ON CHECK-OUT. THIS IS SIMPLY AN OBSERVATION/RECOMMENDATION, NOT A COMPLAINT. IN ALL OTHER WAYS AXOR HOTEL IS EXCELLENT - I HAVE BEN USING TEH HOTEL FOR 7 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN AHPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.
