  • Negative: aucun effort de la part du personnel pour parler français, confort moyen vu le prix de la chambre (pas digne d'un 4*), vue sur un mur, lumières faibles en intensité, la facture élevée de téléphone (très inattendue et très désagréable ; on ne peut avoir aucun détail !), le petit déjeuner très moyen malgré son prix élevé, un restaurant serait le bienvenu

    "D'abord de tout nous voulons demander des excuses, regrettons que non outre son plaisir. L'hôtel s'acquitte des conditions requises d'un hôtel de sa catégorie, de 4 étoiles, le prix change selon le disponibilité de l'hôtel. Nous avons des chambres intérieures plus tranquilles, en vue d'une cour de lumières, et extérieurs ils restent à la rue. Nous avons quelques hôtels dans la chaîne, il n'y a pas dans cela de restaurant, mais il peut aller dîner à l'Hôtel Rialto "

  • Negative: Some minor faults in the room: one of the bathroom lights was blown out, one of the room lights was a bit disjointed. Nothing serious though.

  • Location: 10 Very good location in Barri Gotici, near the Picasso museum, the catheral etc.
  • Common facilities and services: 5 Good breakfast (including cava and a variety of delicious local sausages), a bit expensive though.
  • Staff: 10 Extremely good customer service, friendly and polite. The receptionist was very helpful in helping me recover a lost personal item which I had forgotten in a nearby restaurant.
  • Quietness: Not rated Via Layetana is a very lively street day and night, if you want a quiet location, this is not the right place.
