• Negative: Quise poner una reclamación y me pasaron el correo del director, pero o no esta bien o mi móvil no lo acepta, pase una noche malisima y mis niños y yo tuvimos que dormir en la terraza después de que nos cambiaran la habitación a las 3 y picó de la madrugada. Malisima experiencia

• Negative: Althought it is a pet friendly hotel they my dog was not allowed in any of the public areas of the hotel and at the same time I was not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room so i could not enjoy many of the facilities of the hotel. I had to pay extra for having the dog with me which makes no sense if you can't have the dog in any public space.
