• Negative: We arrived at 1:30pm and were told to wait until 2:00pm for official check in time. We returned at 2:15pm and then had to line up and still the room wasn't ready.

• Room: 7.5 We had a double twin room which was ample for two people on a short break. Although clean and classic looking, the room looked a bit bare with only one picture on the wall. A few little tweaks to the decor would make the room more attractive. otheraccessories to brighten it.
• Value for money: 5 The location of this hotel with breakfast included was average/good value
