• Positive: The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite. Our room was very quiet considering the location of the hotel next to a main road.
• Negative: I booked the hotel for 5 people, one double room and one triple room, upon check out I was informed that the original booking was only for 4 and I have to pay a further 10 euros per night for the fifth person. I felt this was wrong and will be complaining about this. A double room is a double room, whether it has one or two people should not change the price, overall £700 (Room only) for three nights was steep.

• Negative: 1) el check in: si un cliente llega antes de la hora oficial del check in como siempre me pasa a mi que llego sobre las 12.30 creo que si hay una habitacion ya limpia y libre se le deberia entregar lo mismo aunque faltan una o dos horas, sin dejar que una persona que ha viajado por muchas horas tenga que ir andando por la ciudad esperando que llegue la hora.personalmente habiendo trabajado mucho como receptionista en hoteles creo que es una cosa que se puede solucionar muy bien con un poco organisacion por vuestra parte. el servicio de limpieza empieza por la mañana entonces las primeras habitaciones que se quedan libres y listas ya pueden ser asignadas y asì poco a poco que van llegando los clientes no tendran que esperar. a vosotros no cuesta mucho y el cliente se quedarà mas contento. ya muchas veces lleguè en vuestro hotel y siempre me hacen esperar hasta las 14.00 muchas veces bajo lluvia o frio. no creo que en todos estos casos no habia una habitacion ya lista. hay muchos otros hoteles en barcelona de vuestro mismo nivel, mucho mas cerca del centro es decir la plaza de catalunya que empiezan a las once el check in y con un precio mas barato. tengais en cuenta esto!!! 2) las señoras de limpieza: nada que decir sobre su trabajo porque todo es muy limpio y ordenado, pero no puede ser que hagan tanto ruido en sus tareas, golpeando muebles y puertas con la aspiradora, pisando fuerte, cerrando fuerte las puertas y hasta hablando entre ellas en el passillo o peor de una habitacion a otra sin darse cuenta que alguien ha dejado colgado el cartel "no molestar"...la traduccion de este cartel puede ser: quiero dormir (y con tanto ruido me parece imposible) o no quiero servicio de limpieza... entonces, que no hagan llamar el cliente al telefono para preguntar si quiero el servicio de limpieza...si he dejado el cartel colgado es que no lo quiero, no quiero ser molestado o quiero dormir entonces que se callen con todo el respecto por su trabajo y sus tareas. bueno todo el resto muy bien, he estado muchas veces en vuestro hotel y seguro volverè a estar pero me habeis pedido de opinar y aqui està...he opinado. gracias por todo
