• Positive: Die Lage des Hotels war excellent, nah zu all den Sehenswürdigkeiten, trotzdem ruhig.
• Negative: Es gab Kleinigkeiten, z.B. dass die Heizung im Bad nicht funkzionierte, oder wir hätten gerne was warmes zum Frühstück gehabt, aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Das Sprachkwissen des Personals war eher mangelhaft, was uns eigentlich in einem dreisterne Hotel überraschte, aber wir konnten uns irgendwie doch verständigen.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Es gab jeden Tag Reinigung, damit hatten wir kein Problem, aber in unserem Bad waren Schimmelflecke zu sehen.
• Location: 10 Hervorragende zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Ein sehr kleines Zimmer hatten wir, aber wir waren nur zu zweit, und den ganzen Tag haben wir in der Stadt verbracht, so war das eigentlich nicht störend.
• Staff: 5 Das Personal im Restaurant beim Frühstück war überhaupt nicht freundlich, haben Englisch kaum oder überhaupt nicht gesprochen.
• Quietness: 10 Super!
• Room: 5 Sehr kleines Zimmer, zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber das Bett hat sehr laut geraspelt.
• Value for money: 7.5 Unabhängig von den Kleinigkeiten haben wir für den Preis eine akzeptable Leistung erhalten.
