• Location: 10 Perhaps the most convenient location in Toledo historic section without street noise. Too bad the major sites (El Greco museum and Alcazar) are closed for a couple of years, so we should have skipped Toledo.

• Staff: 10 Spoke English, got an early morning taxi with no problem, quite helpful.

• Room: 7.5 If I remember correctly, the room was relatively large, but that may be incorrect.
• Value for money: 10 My wife insisted on 4 star hotels afterward, but one of those was lower quality than this.
