• Cleanliness: 10 The rooms were very clean and well suited for our stay.
• Location: 10 The location of the hotel was great. Just a short walking distance to the Cathedral, shops on Santo Tome and other sites.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The hotel offered an internet service that was reasonable and reliable. The common area allowed our family to gather, relax and be together. There were a variety of newspapers available for reading.
• Staff: 10 The hotel staff was extremely accomodating. They were eager to answer any questions, provide directions to sites and even helped call taxis when we needed them.
• Quietness: 10 The first floor hallway is closed to the common area at night which seals off the noise. We had no problem with noise.
• Room: 10 The rooms were very nice and simple. They accomodated our group just fine. There is a mini-bar in each room but you are charged for items you consume.
• Value for money: 10 I felt that the price of the room was an extremely great value.
