• Positive: For the price, the quality of the room and the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious, had great flooring. The bathroom was very large and spacious. Compared to what I got for paying more in Paris, this was fantastic.
• Negative: If you come by car, you have to park in one of the garages and that will cost you 25 Euros per day.

• Negative: I booked 2 Separate bookings off the Internet 1 for Sunday night and then another for Mon-Thurs. When i checked in i confirmed with the receptionist that i could have the same room for the total of my stay. She said that i could and i wouldn’t have to change rooms the following day. On Monday morning at around 12.00pm a man on the reception called the phone in my room and told me i have to get out of the room. I asked him why??? He told me that there was another booking in the room and that i had to get out. I couldn%27t believe it and very scared as it was the first time i have ever been away on my own and i didn’t know anybody. He persisted to argue with me and i explained that i spoke to the receptionist the night before and she confirmed it for me. He was very rude and told me i had to get out, that all of the other rooms where taken. I was very shaken up by this and was very close to tears. He said that he would get me another hotel but i was very upset. His tone of voice became louder. I just couldn%27t believe it. I told him to speak to the lady that was on reception the night before to confirm with her. He said that he would phone me back. A couple of minutes past and he calls me back with the same argument that i have to get out and that was his very words. At this point i was in tears. I told him to speak to the lady again. He said that he would phone her back then phone me back. A few minutes later he phoned me back and said that he was sorry it was there mistake. I just couldn’t believe it. It really spoilt my time in Barcelona and i will never recommend this hotel. I was very upset with this whole episode.
