• Positive: Ubicación. Desayuno. Se dispone de cambio de dólares en la recepción.
• Negative: No había control remoto para el televisor. La secadora de pelo funcionaba intermitentemente. Los vasos de vidrio no estaban protegidos con plástico. El personal de front desk no tenía conocimiento de cómo facilitarme el uso de usb en las computadoras de pago en la recepción. La señal de wifi de pago era sumamente débil en la habitación, por lo que requería conectarse cerca al comedor. Cuando pedimos un taxi para el aerop. nos conectaron con un conductor cuyo vehículo no tenía emblema de taxi, y tampoco taxímetro; nos cobró 15 EUR, por un servicio que normalemente cuesta 10 EUR.

• Negative: 500 euro was stolen from my friend, money was in passport and deep in the bag then we asked at reception one guy that they will check cameras and keys tomorrow and another guy at the next day that he will do nothing. Yes, i know that it's wrote anywhere so hotel is not responsible for any loses, but if i was a manager i will investigate if i want to keep good reputation. Another bad thing - it's breakfast. It was very bad...

• Cleanliness: Not rated There were clear stains in the bathroom and shower. Bed mattress was old and moldy. Sheets were however clean. Floors were filthy causing us to wear flippers indoors.
• Location: 2.5 This was not as close to everything as advertised.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated There was no ice service. The bar tender would not give me any ice either.
• Staff: 2.5 Front desk staff were pleasant. The bar staff was rude and not helpful.
• Quietness: 5 There was not a lot of noise which was positive.

• Value for money: Not rated For the price I paid I expected better service.

• Positive: The air conditioning! And the view from our balcony of the pool was lovely.
• Negative: The shower didn't work well - temperature always changing, and one particularly aggressive and painful stream of water. Room neighbours on both sides were very noisy all through the night - I thought this was supposed to be a family-friendly resort? Our booking had to be changed to a day earlier, and we received an email confirmation from the hotel that this was OK. When we arrived though... Well of course they weren't expecting us until the next day. We wanted a double room (we are a couple) and ended up with three single beds for the duration of the stay - not ideal.
