• Location: 7.5 Handy for the Hanging Houses and the Plaza with its restaurants. The walk across to the Parador was good but after visiting the Parador, you realised how average everywhere else is.

• Quietness: 7.5 The outside road is fairly bumpy and traffic does not slow down very much, so it can be a bit noisy at times. Also, the furniture is wooden on tiled floors, so when the cleaner is moving furniture around on the floor above your room, it is very loud.

• Value for money: 5 Breakfast buffet was just about okay but the hot dishes that were laid out needed labelling so that you could know what they were. Another staff member working in there would be useful too, to clear the tables and re-set them as guests leave and arrive.
