- Negative: que no nos avisaron con tiempo de que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y no dudaron en cobrar antes de que llegara al hotel, muy mal esto. es la primera vez que me pasa. no pudimos dormir nada esa noche, ya que tuvimos que dejar la ventanas abiertas y el ruido de la calle era altisimo. la unica explicacion que nos dieron fue, que dejaramos las ventana abiertas que asi se ventila la habitacion.
