• Positive: The bathroom - spacious and well equipped. The hotel is very well placed. The staff are friendly and polite.
• Negative: The breakfast - choice between factory croissants, factory bread rolls and cold churros. One type of jam, no toaster, small closed in room for the hotel when there is a big terrace outside, milk already mixed with the coffee. Was really disappointed! The hotel is quite noisy and we were woken a lot by outside noise.

• Cleanliness: 10 Bedroom, bathroom, hallways, foyer were all extremely clean and polished
• Location: 10 Right near the Metro, lively area with great people watching
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Cafe with terrasse had outstanding drinks and service; food was s0-so. Lobby very airy and comfortable
• Staff: 5 Felt the front desk was annoyed either by questions or for speaking english. Because of this, I didn't ask for advice on restaurants, sightseeing or how to use the Metro/train, which was very confusing to me.
• Quietness: 10 With windows open it was nice to hear the street life outside. With windows closed, it was perfectly quiet.
• Room: 10 Small, but so clean. Nice sheets and pillows. View of Puerta del Sol was beautiful.
• Value for money: 10 The location and the cleanliness and comfort of the room make this hotel a good choice.
