• Positive: I have stay at this hotel on two separate occasions and like it very much. The location and staff are excellent. The location is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms though simply furnished are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is very reasonable.

• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were thoroughly cleaned with fresh towels and bed linen while we were out and about.
• Location: 10 Central to everything.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The computers in reception were very handy for checking on places to see and go in Madrid.
• Staff: 10 At all times very pleasant and courteous.
• Quietness: 10 Although our room was at the front of the hotel, it was really quiet.
• Room: 10 The room was great but a kettle, cup and tea/coffee making would have been marvellous in particular when getting ready in the morning.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent in particular with the breakfast included. We enjoyed breakfast each day but it may not be to everyone's taste.
