• Positive: la ubicacion perfecta, el hotel esta al lado de todo, en centro de la vida, junto al Corte Ingles, junto al Sol, junto a todo que necesitas.
• Negative: es la zona peatonal y hay que pensarlo porque con las maletas hay que ir unos 100-150 metros para coger un taxi en el Sol. Es muy sencillo pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta, cuando compras cosas y las maletas pesan mucho. No es la culpa de Europa pero un pequeno hecho a tener en cuenta

• Staff: 7.5 muy amable pero el primer dia se me han quitado el jabon y gel de ducha sin explicacion ninguna y no me los han puesto hasta que lo tenia que pedir yo misma que me pongan un jabon.
• Quietness: 7.5 esta muy al lado de Sol, entonces con ventanas a la Sol no es posible garantizar silencio total aunque con ventanas cerradas no se oye casi nada

• Location: 10 Near a the Sol train stop which was a central stop and easy access to all activities. On the Puerta del Sol.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Two computers that were available each time I tried to get on.
• Staff: 7.5 English speaking and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 This is a busy area and hard for quietness. I was amazed at how busy it was and how little noise noticed in the room.
• Room: 7.5 Basic room. Large and roomy including the bathroom. We had the family room with 4 beds.
• Value for money: 7.5
