• Negative: Hotel explanation for not providing air conditioning was not reasonable. Not secure or private to open window if facing inner courtyard. Stupid 1/2 glass door on shower, so water splashes outside of shower area.

• Location: 10 Situated on Puerto del Sol, the epicenter of old Madrid
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Restaurant with terrace seating and good atmosphere
• Staff: 10 Friendly and very helpful. There was always someone who could speak English on duty.
• Quietness: 10 sound proof windows effectively blocked noise on the Puerto del Sol
• Room: 7.5 glass bathroom doors separating the room from the bathroom prohibited other guests entering the room if someone was in the bathroom. Privacy was limited by this.
• Value for money: 7.5
