• Positive: The location was excellent! Close to everything. The room was clean & bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly & very helpful. Balcony w
• Negative: Only dislike was the set up of shower. I don't know who designed it but they wouldn't like it if they tried it. But in saying that the shower pressure & heat was great! I would go back anytime I was in Madrid!

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Very good. Tour company was average through hotel, but hotel staff very helpful in rectifying any problems. Not their fault for any problems.
• Staff: 10 Very courteous & helpful.
• Quietness: 10 We had a balcony onto city, so very noisy until dawn.close doors & it was fine! Well worth the balcony view!
• Room: 5 Great besides shower planning. But no big deal.
• Value for money: 5 great value!
