• Positive: location, balcony over the main square. Great service for anything we needed - directions, restaurant reservations, everything was so well handled. The restaurant in the building was so handy and we were able to take a tray up to the room for coffee, etc.
• Negative: A very minor comment - the maid was rather noisy in the morning even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

• Positive: The level of service, the central location so shops & many sights were in walking distance(but still felt safe and was very quiet as rooms faced into a courtyard), the standard of facilities in the room, flexibility on meals because there was extensive room service plus a good cafe/bar attached - important when you're a woman staying alone in a foreign city. They booked airport shuttle bus for me when returning.
• Negative: Not all taxi drivers realise they can drive right up to the door - one insisted taxis had no access so stopped some distance away leaving me a 5 minute walk in torrential rain.
