• Positive: The fact that the day staff responded to our request for a quieter room
• Negative: The noise in the hotel from the Square and from building work; the lack of water for several hours on our check in day; the fact that the door sign says ‘Do not disturb’ on both sides which is contrary to the multiple hotels in which we have stayed and thus meant our bedroom was not cleaned on one occasion due to the fact we assumed one side would say the opposite; the failure of the night staff to respond to our request for a change of room for the following day by indicating that the hotel was fully booked.
