• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The lobby was just adequate and the other common spaces non existent, but the outdoor dining tables had a superior location and orientation.

• Quietness: 7.5 The plaza can be noisy, but the modern windows do a pretty good job keeping the noise out.
• Room: 7.5 I stayed twice. Both rooms had nice views of the plaza. One room was spacious, the other was small. The bathrooms were good.
