• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were more outdated but everything was extremely clean.
• Location: 10 Right next to/overlooking the Puerta del Sol. Couldn't ask for a better location.
• Common facilities and services: 10
• Staff: 10 Staff was so friendly and helpful. They also gave us great recommendations.
• Quietness: 7.5 If you choose to be facing the Puerta del Sol, you need to expect some noise. The balcony doors/windows did provide enough of a sound barrier to allow you to get a good night sleep.
• Room: 7.5 Room was larger than expected. Sheets were clean, beds/pillows could be a little more comfortable.
• Value for money: 10 This hotel was just perfect for our stay. really couldn't have asked for a better stay.

• Positive: The location couldn't have been better, close to most sights, restaurants and shops. Concerned it would be noisy as our room was facing the plaza, but no problem, after we closed the windows. Was fun being able to people watch as well as the odd peaceful protest. Nice hotel, clean rooms, and very helpful staff!
