• Quietness: 2.5 Room 404 had a beautiful balcony with a view of the street and nearby buildings. But the Madrenos love to party all night into the morning and it gets quite loud at night.

• Positive: Quality of accommodation, bed great, room and hotel clean always, tasteful decor, staff helpful. Position of hotel in the city great. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
• Negative: The hotel should have superior accommodation category and excellent overall, marked down because of the very poor breakfast variation. Should take a look at Accor Hotels breakfast variation for all customers as an example. If we stayed at the hotel again, and we would, we would not take the breakfast. I was ill for three days, doctor visited and diagnosed food poisoning. Nothing to do with the hotel. Doctor instructed bread and water diet. The hotel still made me pay for the three days of breakfast I never ate. That is wrong.

• Cleanliness: 10 Always clean. Cleaning staff hard working.
• Location: 10 Great location near Sol metro on the attractive square. Near the great De Maria restaurant too.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Breakfast variation lets them down Accor much better.
• Staff: 10 Can't fault them
• Quietness: 10 Some work going on at hotel but did not impact.
