• Positive: La ubicación, el magnífico trato del personal, increíble de verdad, las magníficas vistas desde su balcón y el confort y espacio de sus reformadas habitaciones. Sin duda volvería a este hotel, y ya he estado en muchos de la capital, muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad.
• Negative: Por ponerle un "pero" las sirenas de los coches de policía durante la noche por la Puerta del Sol suelen despertarte varias veces, si bien yo estuve alojado en fin de semana y quizás por ello pasaron mas veces de lo normal.

• Negative: The second time we stayed, we had an interior room with a balcony. I opened the door for air, and the room filled with a smokey odor from someone smoking on their balcony. Sadly, I could not enjoy the fresh air.
