• Positive: The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The insulation of the hotel was great; you didn't hear noise from the outside. The dining room and continental breakfast - great!
• Negative: Hotel Europa needs to upgrade its mattresses and pillows. I had to use the extra blankets in the closet as a mattress pad. The mattress is too hard. Also, the pillows are flat and are not meant for sleeping on; they are more decorative pillows. I had to go out to the store and buy a pillow to sleep on. So if you could get softer mattresses and pillows that would be great!! Thanks.

• Quietness: 7.5 There was no noise from outside. Sometimes a bit of hallway noise, but not enough to be a problem.
• Room: 5 The room size and bathroom size was just fine. As mentioned, the hardness of the mattress and the flat pillows are quite uncomfortable. Please upgrade these - much appreciated!
