• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: The views of Barcelona port and marina were outstanding. Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient with one exception.
• Negative: The fact that one member of staff could be allowed to have a casaul attitude towards customer service in such a high quality environment. This was deeply in contrast to the attitude of all other staff but impacted negatively on what was an otherwise excellent experience.
