• Quietness: Not rated The room has very thin walls. Our neighbour snored, it was like he was in bed with us
• Room: Not rated Room 237 looks very modern but is not comfortable. There are no hooks to hang coats or towels, there is one chair, the bedside light makes it very difficult to read in bed. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom which we reported but nothing happened

• Positive: I liked the facilities in the hotel, the helpfulness if all of the staff and the cleanliness. Everything in this regard was first class.
• Negative: The room we were in was not particularly soundproof and the noise when someone was walking along the corridor speaking sounded like they were in the room with us. I think we may have been in a newer built room and I suspect other rooms would have been better in this regard

• Positive: Front desk staff was so helpful. Location of hotel is great
• Negative: Room was missing things, but it was not that big of a deal. No toilet paper, tv didn’t work on most stations, mini bar was missing. The staff quickly took care of these things. The housekeeping was excellent.
